New Mexico poet Jimmy Santiago Baca gives the keynote address at the June 2016 event. Our 4th annual conference also included AECF President and CEO Dr. Patrick McCarthy, WKKF Chief Policy Officer Dr. Barbara Ferrer, and a panel of local experts.
