Amy Biehl Youth Spirit Award honoree Ulysses Yarbrough, standing with New Mexico Attorney General Hector Balderas, holds his certificate, awarded for his work raising money for the Sky Velvet Vassar Music Foundation. Ulysses was one of twelve New Mexico youth to be honored for their community service or advocacy work. The awards were presented at our 2015 KIDS COUNT Conference.
