DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR This FT position involves planning and implementation of development strategies, annual fundraising, major donor solicitation, corporate and foundation gifts, planned giving, direct mail, marketing, and special events. Candidate must have experience in public relations, marketing, communications or related field; proven success in managing a development program, including fundraising, PR, event planning and records management.
Excellent writing, editing, public speaking, organization and interpersonal skills. Computer skills in MS Office, Windows, and donor database software. The salary is negotiable DOE.
